dcb Construction hired VIZ Graphics to create an exterior 3d rendering of an up-and-coming StorQuest project in Denver, Colorado. Since the project was in very early phases of design, VIZ was able to take their schematic 2d CAD floor plan drawings and sketch elevations to create an impressive photo-realistic rendering at dusk with an exact view of the Rocky Mountains beyond. The rendering was utilized to present the design from a perspective the city planning commission would understand and ultimately assist in the approval of the project.
